MH200/150PU Foaming Moulding Machines is a new type equipment developed based onZSIMs MH type mold carrier, mainly be used for automobile anacousticcushion parts foaming production.
All the ordinaloperation for foaming production (to open the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive the mold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to doedge-breaking of the parts) is hydraulic/pneumatic driven and by PLCcontrol.
The mold can be operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with high productivity.
