   HPM high -pressure foaming principle
   Both Polyol and Isocyanate are stored separately in two tank, and used two rotary axial metering pumps to take material to mixing head, two components injection to a small mixing room at high pressure and flow rate when mixing head started in the hydraulic control, and collide with each other instantly, pass moving transformation that reached to mixing and flow to mold control, after pouring output time that mixing head piston rod forward, all material are pushed to mixing chamber and mixing chamber is cleaned by piston rod, don't left any material. Component passed beside of piston rod return to material tank. If it don't inject in a long time , low-pressure recalculation switchover unit but two-control component into low recalculation.
  Because of equipment' exact calculation, has a small loss and needn't clean and it will be good at environment-protect and reduce the material costs. In the all areas that is to be more and more widely used.

HPM700/350 4 components high pressure foaming machine can fulfill the equipment request of the water-blown rigid polyurethane foam in insulation of pipe in district heat supply. This machine is equipped 4 set of metering units, use the new development 4 components large flow capacity high pressure mixing head.
Through the systems control, when produce the large diameter and thicker layer heat insulating pipeline demanded large flow capacity pouring, 4 components simultaneously be participated in mixing; When small flow capacity pouring, 2 components be participated in mixing, and reduces the energy consumption to save the cost.

Use 4 component s high pressure mixing head, may reduce the pressure of control piston-rod's return launder, avoid the system appearing the overpressure phenomenon, simultaneously mixing effect is perfectly.

When 2 components be working the foaming machine can save 90Kw electrical energy per hour compared to two component HPM700, per shift (work 7 hours) can be saving 630kw electrical energy. Save a lot of electricity a year, saving more energy, more environment alloy friendly.
